At Zulfiverse, our primary concern is ensuring your satisfaction with your purchase of the Blockchain Career Launchpad Live Masterclass. If you have any inquiries or encounter any issues, please do not hesitate to contact our support team directly at support@zulfiverse.com.
In the event that you did not find the expected value in our live masterclass, simply get in touch with our help group, and we will provide you with a FULL refund of your live masterclass ticket. To be eligible for a refund, you must submit your request within one week of booking the live masterclass ticket, and all refund requests will be evaluated on a discretionary basis*.
Please be aware that refunds will not be provided beyond 7 days from the date of ticket purchase, and no exceptions will be made. If you request a refund within 15 days of purchasing the product and are not satisfied, a 5% transactional fee will be deducted, and the remainder will be refunded to your account.
Please note that there will be no refunds available for live in-community sessions. The purpose of this policy is to enable individuals to try out the framework, and in the event that it does not meet their expectations, they can recover the amount they invested in the ticket. However, this policy was not designed to allow individuals to take advantage of the preparation material and then request a refund shortly afterward.
